Overview

Yangtze Gold No. 6 entered service in 2012, built and operated to international standards. Vibration- and noise-reduction measures and a fresh-air environmental system were used in construction: with a German-built main engine, noise in public areas is held to about 45 dB and to about 40 dB in standard cabins, against the 65 dB or more typical of Yangtze cruises. All standard cabins and suites have private balconies.
